So my current pc is a bit rusted and i thought of building a new pc.(Budget is kinda low)

**I already have a new Tower : http://www.antec.com/product.php?id=704972&fid=5022024&lan=nz
but unfortunately it only supports micro-ATX ;(
**Since i7's are hella expensive, am planning to buy an i3 6100 processor - http://ark.intel.com/products/90729/Intel-Core-i3-6100-Processor-3M-Cache-3_70-GHz
**I've been comparing a lot between motherboards and finally thought that this board would be a better one( wish my tower supports ATX form factor ;( ) -https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170M-PLUS/specifications/
**Am not quite sure about this RAM so please need help(It was the only best match i could find also am looking for 8x2 and not 16x1 just in case one RAM gets Damaged =D ) - http://www.techzone.lk/product/ddr4-2400-ripjaws-16gb-kit-8x2-f4-2400c15d-16grr-409138/
**Finally The HDD - http://www.techzone.lk/product/seagate-2tb/
Also i have a doubt whether to use a SSD as the Cache for win7/8.... or the OS itself

What do you guys think of this combination? As a multi-tasker, Basically i'll be using it for almost everything(Video editing(not that much), Gaming, stuffs with Unity3D, etc.).
so would this be the best budget setup for my purpose?

P.s : i'll be using onboard Graphics for a while.

For heavy multitasking upgrade to an I5. Also, don't buy that Z170 board with a locked processor, its just wasting money. Buy a B150/H110/H170 board instead. Id recommend an SSD to as they make boot times reasonable, put the whole OS on it.

Alright.

- cpu couldnt have been better.
- motherboard is also 10/10
-ram grab 2x4 ddr4 or 2x8 ddr4 2400 mhz, whichever u can afford( 16 will speed up video editing but thats jsut it)
- buya ssd first like this one, add a hdd later.
- replace the ''certified'' psu with a quality powersupply( when youbuy the gpu or now).
- add 2x 92 mm fans, airflow is important.( noctuae are the besta nd dead silent/ frac are fine btu some noise under high load)

IF you are going with that cpu (not a great idea), then you should definitely swap out that board for something without a Z on it. (Not z170, but h170, etc.) Else i would recommend an i5 (6400/6500), because they are quad core and much much better. If your intel cpu has no K at the end (6600k,6700k vs 6500,6400) then they are locked (non-overclockable). This means your z170 will be useless (overkill) and just get an h170 or lower.
Your RAM is decent but may i suggest going to kingston hyperx fury... They dont stand so tall on your mITX board (small boards tend to overlap GPU with ram slots and your gskills may intercept when you get a gpu.)
