I removed the lever at the back and a screw from the front but it is stuck out the case. How can I remove.

Looks like some sort of additional bracket clamping it in, without being able to see the other side, you need to remove that whole bracket from the other side

Should be a little flap thing sticking out the back. It is a retention bracket that goes over all the slots I would suspect. Most I have seen have a single screw and that whole piece will rotate towards the motherboard to release the expansion cards.
