Old graphics card "stopped working" bought a new one, now it's not working either

So my old graphics card which was a gtx 750ti stopped working all of a sudden. Then I bought a gtx 950 and was working fine for a couple of weeks and now its not working either. Idk what's going on. (I'm pretty new to the PC world)

Specs:
EVGA Gtx 950
asrock fatal1ty 990fx killer
Amd fx 6300
8GB RAM (2x4gb)
Corsair TX850

what do u mean by not working???...no display/bsod/freezing or crashing...
first of all if u have an integrated gpu, try connecting to that to narrow down the issue...
alternatively u can try the card in another pc and see whether the issue follows the card...
also clean the gpu, as dust accumulation can do wonders...then if u get a display, use display driver uninstaller and do a clean install of latest drivers...also update directx, visual c++ and .net framework...

But when I turn the pc on, I can feel the fans on the gpu move but they stop moving after about 30 seconds. I just went and bought an air duster to clean it, but still nothing. Tomorrow I will try the gpu on another pc.

Sounds like it may be a power problem. How old is your PSU?
Try borrowing one from a friend.
850 Watts is Waaaayy overkill BTW.

For a 950? Honestly, with your setup, 400 Watts would be more than sufficient.
One problem I've seen with higher power PSU's is less life span...
