Is it fine if cpu temperatures are high during video converting?

I recently downloaded a program by the name of "Wondershare video converter ultimate" in order to convert 1080p videos into 4k, and as I was converting four files at the same time the temperatures of the CPU were alternating between mid to high 90C and 100C. although it never went above 100. Does running the CPU in this temperature cause damage to the CPU, or is it fine to continue running at these temperatures?

Also when converting only one file the temperatures were in the 70Cs.

Processor: i7 4790K

Solution
No. You should install a better cooler like a Cryorig H7 or a CM 212 Evo. Your CPU will throttle if you run Prime95 28.5 or newer Small FFTs; that's easy to check with Intel XTU. Don't run it for more than a few minutes; there's no point in throttling the CPU other than proving that a cooler isn't good enough.

currently have 5 fans set up, with the standard cooler of the CPU, should i install a water cooling unit at top of case for CPU cooling?

It stays below 85C when I'm not converting 4 videos into 4K at the same time.
