My brother printer prints from a copy but will not print from my computer

Cannot print statement or documents when asked from my computer, but will print from a copy on the scanner. Just started that out of know where. Did a ink cleanup, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still no success.

This is highly lacking details..

Sandra, for future reference, it's best to include the smaller things (i.e. printer model, connection types, how he prints to it, where the printer is in correlation to your system, etc).

Please respond back with these details and I can help you out. :)

Model is MFC495CW. Connected to my computer by USB. I have windows 10. Don't know what else to add, don't know much about computers. Correlation to my system? No ideal? I have had no problems for the past three years. Thanks for your help!
