Why is my fps in Unigine Heaven 4.0 not good?

Hello.
I have a fx8350 oc to 4.4 GHz.
I have a gigabyte gtx 980 ti oc edition.
When I run Unigine heaven I keep getting a min/max of 22/61 fps.
I should be getting way more than this, and during games I'm getting great fps.
Is there something wrong with Unigine heaven? Are my settings Wacky somewhere?

Without detailed settings (driver, application, and hardware), there is no way to really know why, but try this:

Is vsynch on? That might explain the maximum FPS.

Your minimum FPS is normal for an FX-8350 (CPU bottleneck chokepoints)
