PSU Instability Causing Driver / BSOD Issues?

Hey guys,

Been trying to diagnose an issue i've been having recently where the graphics drivers crash and it either breaks full screen programs, or causes BSODs. I've tried all sorts of different things, but the main reason i'm posting here today is i've been testing the PSU voltages and it all seems totally wrong. From what i've read here, the variance should be very minimal.

I ran CPUID as was advised on another thread, and got these results:

CPU VCORE - 1.08v
+3.3v - 2.016v
+5v - 3.407v
+12v - 2.976v

These results seem so ludicrously off the mark that i'm convinced i'm looking at them wrong. The computer seems to run fine unless I run graphically strenuous games / programs (and runs fine on Furmark, for that matter).

Just wondering if I could get some advice? Thanks.

Edit: Oh also, XFX ATX 550W is the PSU.
