So all my parts came in today from Amazon and initially I thought the broken ram that they sent me was the problem (sent it back). However I cannot POST and my speaker doesn't beep. Is something wrong with the cup?

If you don't have RAM then it won't POST.

It is unusual to get new ram thta doesnt work unless you bought the wrong type of ram.

What motherboard are you using ?

FedEx shipped the ram in the same box with all my other parts and no envelope to protect it. It fell out of the packaging and bent.
