Under load my CM Seidon 120V makes a noise identical to the one in the below video.

It's suggested in the comments of the video, and many other places, that the pump isn't running properly. I have an ASUS H110i-Plus D3, and I've not been able to figure out how to fix this problem. Can anyone help?

It's kinda hard to tell at the moment, as my power supply is making an awful lot of noise. Here and there I'll get some noise from the pump, but it's very inconsistent. It's really only during load that it consistently makes this noise at a high volume.

Yeah, typically the pump is defective to make so a high pitch noise. Sort of replacing it, I don't have any other options for you.

I'd rather not have to RMA it, as I don't have the original box anymore, I can't send it to Cooler Maser, and I'm pretty sure it would just get rejected with the excuse that this sound is normal.

I've read several places that it has something to do with power management. Apparently the pump makes this noise when it can't get enough power? I'm not really sure.

I should add that my processor never gets hot, AND that the sound stops and starts whenever I need to process something. As an example, if I move my camera in a game, and it causes my framerate to drop, the sound might begin, but then if I move my camera back to something that has fully loaded and runs at 60 fps, the sound will disappear.
