8GB DDR2 Ram
Win7 PRO
EVGA GeForce GT 610 2048MB
Intel Core DUO
Hard Drive 500GB
500w power supply

Im COMPLETELY new. If I missed anything or should add additional info, PLEASE tell me.Please criticize my build and tell me what to do to make it better. My budget is tight, and Im getting this for about $230. This includes monitor and keyboard/mouse. Thanks! :)

What is a alternative. Ive been on a laptop, it only has 2gb ram, Intel Celeron CPU N2840, and Win8.1 and it almost runs EverQuest II at the speed I can deal with. It runs at 12-14 FPS and I want 20-30. Will this old thing I have listed above not do the trick? Sorry for newbieness ;)

As my build somewhat reflects, I was hoping $300 or less. (For all of it) I know im probably just going to be told "that's impossible" but I know I can get SOMTHING. My $150 laptop with no fan or way to get to the battery almost gets me the fps I want. I don't care to play new stuff like Fallout 4, or Doom. Just EQ2, CSGO, and similar games.
