Use all the CPU on APU (dedicated GPU)

I got an APU A10 7870K

I just installed a GTX 750ti

i got a rise in fps in csgo, but in youtube there is a video where the guy with a maxed csgo (even antialising) gets 150fps, and i get 60 or less in some zones.

I think is because im not using all the cpu in the APU. or not?

Im a console person, trying to learn.

The APU has processor cores and graphics cores, the graphics core are not in use, and cant be used for anything else.
I personally would recommend against listening to youtube results.

Overclocking either would be helpful (mildly).
If you have a dedicated card you have done the largest thing you can for an APU. At this point its acting like a CPU with some extra, unused hardware.

That's because most games only utilize dual core mostly.
You can try using MSI Afterburner to monitor the overall CPU usage.
On my quad core A8 6410 laptop the overall CPU usage never went up to 60% while playing CS:GO and it dips to 30-40 FPS when there is a heavy fight.
