So I tried printing something for my project, but the worst case scenario happened. The printer stopped working and I don't know why. I have bought a brand new Cable for it, the power brick is still good, and when I troubleshooted the problem this shows up https://imgur.com/vXglwa4 I have done what it says and it still has a problem and then this https://imgur.com/rCRSyG3 shows up. PLEASE HELP ME I AM IN A HURRY WITH THIS PROJECT. I have done everything that it has asked me to do like plug it in usb 2.0, but it just doesn't recognize the damn thing.

first off if you have intel mb try download the newest intel chipset drivers.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-
if it an amd mb go to amd download page and download the drivers for the mb chipset.
if the printer still errors out use the vendor printer drive cleaner remove the drivers and reload the newest ones.
