I am finished with my build. When I boot up I get a quick flash of the blue screen of death and it tried to reboot over and over. anyone help?

I've tried that, and I bought new DDR3 2133 ram. it still didn't work. It won't boot up for me to update the Bios. I went and bought another board thinking it was just a bad motherboard but it sis the same thing. I can't even run the driver disk.
