AMD driver problem

Whenever I try updating my AMD driver I get this pop up

and then Im not able to update it
Graphic card- AMD r7 240 (I know its a cheap one)

That is an odd error, I didn't think they were even using 16-bit programming any more.
Try a clean install of the drivers. http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html
