Belkin n300 blinking amber light, no internet access, help!

Hey, iv got an belkin n300 modem n router. A few days ago my isp (dodo australia) dropped out for about 12 hours. Since its been back on my modem wont work, it blinks amber lights for about 20 seconds, then blue for 3 seconds then back. Iv tried my old modem and that works fine. Iv tried restting the belkin, powercyçles, different cables. Putting the ip address into chrome or internet explore doesnt do anything either. I need a bit of help this is driving me bananas!!

Have read through that and tried to get to the configuration page by typing the default ip into address bar and nothing. Also tried router like it says. No good from either
