Ok so my build is this. pcpartpicker.com/p/D8fsbv

The temp monitoring software I am using is speed fan 4.51. I am just browsing the Internet as of right now and gaming later this week. But I need to know what my temps are when not gaming. I beleive when not gaming, it is called idle. Anyways, it says temp 1 is 28C and temp 2 is 30C. What are these temps? It says gpu is 38C, so is that good for this build? I know it depends on what parts I have. Then my CPU is split into 4 cores cause it us a 4 core CPU but it has 0, -1, -1,-3 I mean - numbers for cooling? That can't be right? And if it displays CPU and gpu then what is temp 1 and 2? Also there is an arrow pointing down for each listing, I am assuming that means I either need to turn down the fan speed or they are lower than normal? I am not oc. Says gpu fan is 20%. What are normal ranges for this build that I should see if my cooling is good for both idle and gaming?

Ok I am playing slither and it has a burning or fire symbol next to my gpu temp. It is at 50. I am not even playing a high game. I raised my percent from 20 to 50 for gpu temp. Now it is at 35. Thus is what I should do right?
