Cryorig A40 Ultimate vs ID-Cooling Frostflow 240L

I recently posted a thread that was comparing the Cryorig A40 Ultimate and the R1 Ultimate. I have just found the 240L and cant find any comparisons again. It would be good if you can post a comparison of these of temps and noise levels.
