Does this build work well?

Solution
Couple of points:

1. That case looks like a major dust magnet, while it looks cool you are going to have to spend a lot of time cleaning it, which I can see becomming very annoying in the future.

2. Would not pay for AV when the free versions work fine.

3. Would contemplate getting one of the new GTX 1080 instead of the GTX 980ti.

4. You could also benefit from faster RAM if you plan on OCing.

I agree with Rabmac. The 1080 will easily overpower the 980ti and in many games (but not all) will overpower even the Titan X and in some instances (not all) will be faster than a pair of 980s.
Dump Norton antivirus and get Avast free.
I would recommend getting 3000MHz RAM, but only if you intend to overclock. If you do not intend to overclock, that RAM is fine.
I do see that case building up a lot of dust, maybe consider a closed chassis with fan filters?

Agreed with everything here except the need for faster ram.
