I have changed the battery2032 in mother board. But it shows checksum error/bios update problem.the mother board is MS7525 ver.1.
i have already shorted jumper 2 and 3 in power off condition and power ON PC. the

Try update the BIOS if you can boot the PC, if you can't then sorry you will need get the replacement, because the MB is broken,

Earlier PC clock time changed s to default time , so i changed the Battery. Battery is new and its expiry date is 2021.
