The xfx would be better in my opinion because it is made by Seasonic which is the best company. They make a lot of the PSUs like corsair, EVGA, Antec, be quiet and others. That Cooler master g650m is made by Channnel wells which makes some of the psus but seasonic is a very good manufacturer.
