Having some weird heat problem..

Running intel burn test with water cooler h60
Stock speed 3.5ghz has a boost 3.9 ghz (not overclocked)
While running intel burn test I reach 90C.. checked thermal paste several times and tested and followed guides about how to apply it and so on... idk what's wrong :/
also the voltage is only 1.17

Thats usually an error caused by incorrect voltage going to the CPU. I would either reset the CMOS or at the very least set bios back to default.

It encrypted the USB drive? hmm, that almost sounds like downloaded a nasty little virus or something when downloading prime95. Do you know what site you got the prime95 download off of?

**edit**

Try disconnecting the hard drive and turning the PC on. Obviously it won't boot into Windows, BUT if it stays on and goes into the bios that rules out any hardware issues, minus the HDD.
