Low FPS In Games But My CPU is working 60 Percent

Hi, 2 years ago i bought a new PC it is in a small case so i put a GT 720 Graphics card in it
So what i noticed that i have low fps on games like reign of kings i have like 17 fps so i openend My CPU Usage and the CPU usage was at 60% is there any way to get my cpu working a little harder so i can hit the 25 fps?

These games are pretty demanding for your low end videocard.
If you can get a better one, definitely do so.
It'd give you a huge performance boost, since your CPU is pretty decent.

It doesn't work like that.
Your GPU should be kicking in when used at higher resolutions, especially with that card.
Use MSI Afterburner to display the usage of your components in-game.
Based on what you wrote in the article, something is definitely wrong.

I just checked the game you were talking about(Reign of Kings) and it is a demanding game for your pc.
What settings do you play the game at?

Low vsync of no shadows
and the thing is when i play arma 2 dayz mod i get like 20 fps too

im running it on 1366x768
but i have bad fps too in arma 2 DayZ mod like 20 fps with the same resolution

okay, the thing is why i bought this graphics card this is like the only graphics card that can fit my pc.
i have like a Desk PC
can u maybe suggest me any motherboard?
