now the intel one

2) intel

cpu : intel i7-6700k

motherboard : gigabyte g1 gaming ga-z170x-gaming

gpu : not sure which one ( msi r9 390 8gb or msi gtx 970

power supply : evga 100-b1-0600-kr 80 plus bronze (600w)

and all will say go with Intel but i want the pc for my needs as i say for games , making games , recording so what is the best for me and for my money

and sorry for my English :D

Solution
I can't find specs on the 6500k, I can only find 6500 here http://ark.intel.com/products/88184/Intel-Core-i5-6500-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz and 6600k here http://ark.intel.com/products/88191/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz

The 6600k is faster at 3.5/3.9GHz Turbo (6500 clocks at 3.2GHz/3.6GHz Turbo), but produces more heat and is more expensive at $233.99 where the 6500 is at $194.99 (both prices from SuperBiiz).

Sorry, I overpriced your board because I was looking at the wrong model. Apparently there's a difference between the model with the G1 at the beginning vs the one with G1 at the end.

If you do want to go with Intel, go with i7 5th generation CPU. But the cost will be high. So AMD Build is also well capable of handling latest games with good frame rates. Professional work can also be done perfectly fine in it.

Go for the AMD Built.

Go with the intel build AMD is about dead now lol Untill they bring up Zen, go with the i7 build but the graphics card choose the 390 as it gives quite better performance in newer games when running with Dx 12 compared to the 970, But if you are recording while gaming get the Gtx 970 because when recording for Nvidia you can use its Shadowplay fetures which are like the most perfectly built recording software yet and Gives absolutely no frame drops, yeah if you will record go with the 970.

Please check out my Intel build below, I have downed the CPU a little to allow room in the budget for more graphics:

Lower the GPU to an R9 390,
Lower the CPU to i5 6600K
Otherwise your fine and yeah get atleast 2-3Tb of storage for games and 120-160Gb ssd for windows files,
get 2x 8GB ram,
Asus z170-A motherboard (I prefer it based on Asus' quality and sound...)

ok i will go with r9 390 + 16 gb ram but my Q about the cpu is there a big different between i7 6700k and i5 6600k for performance and for the new games that will come out or both can handle the new games ??

You can lower CPU and RAM and still be fine. Go with a 6500 and 16GB RAM. Your motherboard is also WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, it's over $200.
