Please Help Me finding the perfect motherboard for my first custom PC build!

Hi Guys,
i am making my first custom low budget PC
here are the spec, please find me the perfect motherboard for this or tell me that my chosen motherboard is correct on not, if possible then please find me a black motherboard so that it can match with my case.

SPECIFICATIONS

Processor: AMD FX 6-Core Black Edition FX-6300 3.5GHz (Link)
Memory: Kingston FURY Memory - 8GB Module - DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMM (Link)
Note: I will be using two rams
SSD: Kingston UV300 240GB 2.5-inch Solid State Drive (Link)

Graphic Card
Note: Please tell me which one should i choose from the followings (all are 750 ti)
1.) ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Graphics Card (Link)
2.) EVGA GTX 750Ti (Link)
3.) MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC (Link)

These are two motherboards that i had chosen please tell me is it right for my build or should i choose another:-

1.) Asus AMD M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard (Link)

If u wanna make this rig only for gaming purpose, go with the FX-6300 otherwise go for Intel i3 or i5 processors according to ur budget. go for Zotac version...its cool... next in case of motherboard go for M5A97 LE R2.0 version..its better
and hell no to DDR3 rams...its 2016 go for DDR4 rams with 2400Mhz go for corsair products ..they are best for gaming purposes...Good Luck to Your PC

thanku so much, everyone is saying to go with ddr4 so ASUS M5A97 doesn't support DDR4 memory kit thank u so much
lastly i am going to make this build for gaming as well as 1080p video editing and for web developmet
