It's tough to fit a Core i3 and discrete GPU into a $350 budget, so the Athlon may be your only choice, then. A Pentium dual core is a much better gaming CPU, but there are some games which artificially don't run on less than 4 cores. There are workarounds, but in your budget, the Athlon may well be best.
Personally, my vote is "neither", go with an Intel CPU.

Between the two, the 760K is slightly slower per clock, but clocked higher. It can also be overclocked, so I'd call it the better CPU. Be aware that it is a 2012 CPU, and is only barely adequate in 2016.

Well do u know a good 350 dollar pc build that has a budjet intel cpu and thnx to alot oh and plz an intel quad core that can run arma 3 espiccialy good online.

What have you picked out in your current build? Do you have any preexisting parts?

Here's GameGPU's CPU test results:

Looks like the game only really heavily utilizes one core:

So, for this game, a Haswell or Skylake Pentium would be a good entry-level choice, or a Core i3. An Intel Core i3 (dual core / 4 threads) will outperform any 8-core AMD CPU in gaming, so I wouldn't fixate on having 4 physical cores.
