I am wanting to upgrade my graphics card to a gtx 750 ti. I have a 350w PSU, and am wondering if that PSU will be enough to handle the 750 ti, or will I need to upgrade my PSU to the Corsair CX Series, CX430, 430 Watt (430W) Power Supply, 80+ Bronze Certified. And if I do need to, will the new psu be compatible with the motherboard?

Yes, it is compatible. Pretty much any new PSU will be compatible with any motherboard
Yes, getting a more powerful PSU is a good idea
No, a Corsair CX series is not the best option. It is a reasonably good PSU, 430W is enough, but you can get a better one for a similar price.
Have a look at the Toms Hardware power supply tier list.

What PSU would you suggest?

The problem with CX series is the weaker capacitors in them that fail under stress.
Unfortunately, a general rule of thumb is if the same model of something is always on sale....there is a reason.

Seasonic S12II 520 is a good quality PSU in the $50 or less price point
