I want to use my HDMI port, and not the USB 2 port, using a USB 3 to HDMI adapter
The PCIE video card slot outputs a USB 3.
Using a USB 3 to HDMI adapter, can I hookup this video card?
Or, should I settle with my laptop's USB 2, (since USB 3 is interchangable)
The PCIe adaptor (which outputs USB) no power source
The video card I want to hookup, and the pcie is linked.
It has no power specification requirement.
My laptop can probably power it, in its own limit. Some cards don't need extra separate power supply, once hooked up to a comp.
