I know you need a holding tank for the liquid then a pump to push it out and to the cooling block on CPU GPU and what not then it goes to a radiator to cool then back to the holding tank

How do you know how much push the pump will need

What type of radiator will you need

What kind of pipes I know clear tends to brake down faster

What is the best kind of holding tank

Where do you get the blocks and what are the best and ones to avoid

Are there any pumps that are less then 17db

And avarage price for cooling 2x high end GPUs and a CPU

$100-150 per GPU block
$75 cpu block
$100-140 for a single 480mm radiator, the minimum you will need for a cpu and 2 gpus
$100-120 for a pump
$40-100 for a reservoir
$3 a foot Tygon E-3603 3/8" ID (5/8" OD) - Laboratory Tubing , might be expensive but its supper flexible and ive never had any issues with it.
$50-100 in fittings barbs and clamps or compression fittings
$50-100 in fans depends if your running a push, pull, or push/pull

so your looking $600-900 just ball parking prices
