CPU parks then unparks and keeps doing that, cannot unpark

On my resource monitor my cpu's are constantly parking and unparking. I also cannot unpark my cpu's for the life of me. I have tried all the programs, am running high performance, and looked it up. Please don't recommend those programs, all they say is that my cpu is already unparked.

What is your problem though? If you are getting decreased performance then you should worry, but if not don't worry, windows parks cpu cores sometimes when not in use to save power.

There simply isn't a use for all of those cores. It's like guards on a shift, you can keep all 8 awake when you only need 4, but it is more efficient to put the other 4 to sleep when they aren't being used.

Are you sure you saw a large difference? Most games can't even use 8 cores, let alone have major frame improvements when they do.
