Made new build PC won't show video at all.

Hello, I've reached a frustrating standpoint in my new build. I replaced my motherboard, CPU and ram sticks. My components are. An asrockx99 extreme 4, intel i7, 2 ripjaws 4 ddr4, a amd radeon 7970, and a corsair hx1050 power supply. I can't firgue out the problwm. I've tried every different thing I can, from moving and reposition everything to unplugging and replugging everything. Its secure in every spot possible and i know the graphics card works tried it in another PC while having these problems. Someone help me out here. I can't figure out what's going wrong. All fan and components power up but never anything comes of it.

I would like to point out that one of these (in order to the chances) can be faulty/needs RMA.

1. Motherboard
2. RAM
3. PSU
4. CPU

Have you tried from motherboard video using HDMI / vga / DVI ? if so In bios check to see if IGPU is enabled , then PCI Graphics card / onboard should then be automatic.

I found the culprit. It seems my GPU crapped out in between the transition. Which kind of is a bummer cause I replaced everything cause the CPU was bottlenecking my GPU but now i got no GPU. Unless my PSU can't handle all the load which would make no sense considering the only power drawer was the 600w from my GPU.
