well I do not think that motherboard will let you overclock, or if it does the overclock will probably not be very good, as that motherboard is certainly not designed for overclocking. does the BIOS allow multiplier changes? you might be able to get closer to 4.0 GHz.

ebay would be the place to look. that is where older motherbaords are. sadly that means lots and lots of looking.
