Accidentally deleted my Generic Hub of the USB contollers, my USB ports don't work now

I was trying to update my Generic USB Hub under the USB controllers and somehow accidentally deleted it and now my USB ports don't work....is there any way I can get it back???:??: I have Windows XP Service Pack 3. I don't have the system disc to reinstall anything. It did not come with the purchase of my computer. Is there any place online where I may be able to download and reinstall this thing??? or......some other solution???? I did a system restore and it did not help....and I noticed also that my Drive D or whatever it was that is used to operate CDs is gone also....Here is information of my OS just in case that helps any:

Solution
Generic USB hub should be included within windows, driver wise. Go do device manager, and find the option to scan for hardware changes. It should reinstall the necessary drivers.
