Hi,

I'm just wondering how people with the G710+ clean their keyboard, namely the keycaps and the fingerprints that build up on them. I've tried wiping the kepcaps with just a damp cloth but I'm not sure how well that's working, it's left a smear mark on the space bar in particular. Thanks.

Solution
For all mechanical keyboards, pull out all the key caps. Put them is a a kind of basket.
You can simply put the caps in dishwasher.
Use vacuum cleaner and wipe the keyboard without the caps using cloth and strong alcohol.
That is how I clean my keyboard. (once per year)

Hmm, Dishwashers can be harsh, are you sure it has no ill effects on the caps? and once per year? nothing in between? They must be really dirty by then?

I was thinking more of a simple wipe down of the dirtiest caps every week or so..

My 2 years old QPad MK80's (MX brown) keycaps has no problems at all after 2 dishwasher processes, so far.
Soap water works just fine, if you are worried with the dishwasher.
Yup, I clean them only once per year in that way.
I just simply suck the normal dust/dirt using vacuum cleaner every 2 months or so.
