I've looked and I would still recommend you get a dedicated GPU as the motherboard can only put out 24hz (24frames per second) while using 4K which isn't good at all.
If you read the small print you'd see this:
*Only FM2+ APU can support up to 4096x2160 resolution display via HDMI port.
Doesn't mean its going to run smooth. The APU will be so busy rendering the screen that it will struggle to do everything else you want it to do.
