Physically no.

What do you intend to do?

The rest of the hardware wouldn't work with it, and the overall system just isn't suited to upgrades.

im wanting to just upgrade components bit my bit. I've got a new PSU and graphics card however I'm having difficulty getting the graphics Card to work as it shows Microsoft basic display adapter.
So I thought perhaps an upgrade in the motherboard and a downgrade in the system OS to win 8.1 might solve the issue.

you installed the newest drivers from the manufacturer's website?

uninstalled the old drivers before you swapped in the new one?

if it needs them, have you plugged in the pcie cables to the video card?

your monitor is plugged into the card and not the motherboard?

Tried installing the drivers through nvidia website but it won't install them as it says that there is no compatible software and yes the monitor is plugged in to the card not the motherboard.
