Hello everybody, I have an issue here, hope somebody can help me.
I have the old MB P5QC, and I want to buy new RAM for it. (2x 8GB)

Manual about Dimm slots
2 x DIMM, Max. 8 GB, DDR3 1333/1066/800 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory.

As Manual says Max frequency for DDR3 is 1333mhz.
But most of the DDR3 RAMs' frequency are higher than 1333mhz, so I'm looking for RAM that is able to slow down to 1333mhz

I would like to know is it possible to run this MB with
Vengeance® — 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit

If not, can anybody suggest me RAM to buy.

Thank you all guys, for checking, and answering.

Your main issue is not speed; it's density. Unless the kit was built several years ago (2011 or before), they most likely are high density (8 ICs on one side) and they are not compatible. G.Skill F3-1600C11D-8GNT will work because they are low density (8 ICs on each side for a total of 16 ICs). An option is to find a used kit with low density modules, but there aren't that many. As an example, G.Skill kit F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL built in 2011 (low density) will work, but the same brand new high density kit won't.
