Upgrade to Asus GeForce GTX960 2GB Strix OC

Hello i want to Upgrade my graphics card (gtx 650 2gb) to Asus GeForce GTX960 2GB Strix OC

My specs:
CPU:Intel Core i5 4440
Motherboard: asus H87M-E
RAM:kingtson 99u5584-003.a00lf 1600mhz (2x4gb)
Hard Drive : ST31000524AS - JC4B 1tb (90.1 mb/sec seq.read speed)
PSU: Hantol Atx Silent 585 Watt Dual Fan (585Wat)
i want to make sure there will be no bottle neck or other problems
with my new card, can you guys help me?

Should be fine, not familiar with the PSU but even if the stated 585 is a peak amount should still have enough for a 960

Thank you , i have some information about the psu.inside its say : ac input 230v 10A/5A 47/63HZ
dc output 3.3v | +5V | +12V | -12V | -5V | +5VSB
------------- 35A | 41A | 20A | 1A | 0,5A | 2A

Looks like 20 AMPs on the 12 volt so should be OK

its worth right, i mean i will get better performance from gtx 650 (for bf1 and gta v) or there is better choice from gtx 960 under 250 euro ?
