Hello, I have been having huge issues with my computer for the past few months, and it's odd because my PC is pretty much new (excluding the HDD). I am getting huge FPS drops that seem to now correlate with my GPU power usage and my CPU usage. I will go from 144fps to say 40, and it only lasts for about 2-3 seconds before spiking back up. I don't even have to be doing anything, just staring at a damn wall and it fluctuates regardless but my temps are fine. Also when I install drivers, some of them fix it for a few days and other makes it worse. Please some advice or experience would be great here. System specs below.
i7 4790K @4.0
GTX 980ti G1 Gaming
16GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance RAM
1000W Corsair RM PSU
Asrock Fatal1ty B85 Killer Motherboard
120GB Kingston SSD
1TB Seagate HDD
