I had the same problem with a different board, the problem is you need to downgrade your bios, type in the name of your motherboard on google and go to the website and look for the first update that says "improved cpu compatibility" or something like that, the date should be some time in 2014 as the overclock on h81m boards is patched by a newer update, to update it you need to flash it to your motherboard with a usb stick and you...

That video has a perfect guide in it, do everything he says except when he tells you to put the files on it from the windows disc, put the files on it from your motherboard update, then go into your bios and look for the flash option, mine is called m-flash but it's probably something different for you because I have an MSI board, and it should ask what you want to install from, pick the usb with the bios update and it should give you one option for a file, select that, select yes and wait for it to finish, then if it's the right update the cpu ratio or whatever it's called on your bios shouldn't revert to 32 anymore

PS I looked at the website for your bios and the first or second release look like your best bet, but if none of them work your board may not allow overclocking
