Depends on:
1) how much overclock you want, and
2) how important lack of NOISE is to you
3) aesthetics?
The EVO is okay for a light overclock, but it won't be as quiet as a better cooler. I strongly recommend an AIR cooler if possible. Liquid cooler pumps sometimes make annoying noise, and failures are a hassle.
The Be quiet you linked has issues with one of the memory slots (fine if you use the proper height):

The NH-U14S is worth considering as well.
Other:
Don't forget to setup your fan control. Both in the BIOS and Window software (from motherboard support site) if applicable. Maybe something like the LOWEST speed until around 45degC then ramp up. Experiment so worst-case scenario is around 75degC for optimal CPU life.
For worst-case I'd convert videos with HANDBRAKE, not do an unrealistic Prime95 test.
