What could i expect to play with this build?

Solution
Whats your budget for a monitor? You could get a 1080p @144hz or 1440p @60hz monitor $300-$400
Or a 1440p @144hz monitor which are $500-$600

higher refresh rate may be better for games like rainbow six siege, but 1440p will be more enjoyable in games like witcher 3.
Shooters - 144hz (or Gsync)
Any game you have time to enjoy the scenery - 1440p.

Well if you are honestly going to get a gtx 1080 then you have the "strongest single graphics card on the market". If you are playing at 1080p, you will be at ultra in the 100s of fps. At 1440p, you will probably still be near or above the 100 fps mark. And at 4k you can hit 60 fps with a few settings turned down (according to the initial reviews and benchmarks from the 1080). So yes, you will be more than fine.

550w Psu is enough, I'd get the i7 6700, it performs much better than the 4790.
But if you are only gaming you don't even need an i7. So i recommend an i5 6500 or 6600 (Assuming you don't want to overclock)
Also you don't need 32 gb of ram for gaming, even 16 is more than enough
You don't plan on doing any heavy rendering or anything right?

Also the gtx 1080 is very overkill for 60hz 1080p. I'd either get a higher resolution or higher refresh rate monitor or else you are wasting your money on that gpu

Honestly ive already got the I-7. Also can you recommend a good monitor? I might as well max it out seeing as I have the money to.

1080p@144hz would be preferable
