Should I get a second hand I7 4770K or buy a new I5 6600K?

Greetings

I saw an I7 4770k for a great price online for about 150 sfr. I´m a bit unsure if I should get it or just buy a new I5 6600k. Recently bought 16gb ddr3 ram and might get expensive. OC is also important (have a cooler master nepton 240m) . I play The latest games on max with a Sapphire r9 290x vapour.
Right now I have an FX 6300, which doesn´t meet my requirements for the latest games.
And which Motherboard would you recommend?

you could game just fine with a core i5 3570k even and be blown away, there are performance increases but the 3rd gen cpu is when they really took off, such as 1st/2nd gen i5 vs 3rd gen i5 = huge difference/ 3rd gen i5/ 6th gen i5 = not as much difference. the performance increase is there dont get me wrong but i am just amazed by their 3rd gen cpu's compared to everything before
The newer i5 will probably game a bit better, skylake has some improvements over haswell. It's not a bad deal for that cpu but no warranty, no idea why it's being sold. Maybe it was a poor overclocker or was one of the haswell's (before devil's canyon like the 4790k) with chance for higher heat. Pair the 6600k with something like a z170 gaming 5 would be the way I'd go. Unless you need the hyper threading for video encoding, streaming or something.

Thank you for your answer. Much obliged.
I use the PC just for gaming. It`s just a bit tight with the budget. I`m a student with a small income. Is there a performance difference between these two CPU?
