Are These Specs Good For 4K Video Editing

Those specs look good to me. Working for a VFX studio, we have many random builds, but what you have listed here is about the stock of what we use. Assuming you're even using Nuke/Maya you should be good with this. Just remember, if you use Nuke, its temp directory fills up fast, so remember to empty it on occasion.
