DVD will not copy on Windows 10

When I insert a DVD to copy in dvd cloner, that copy's fine. But when its to put in a blank target dvd, a small window pops up with 2 options and asks me if I want to use this as a flash drive or a CD-DVD drive.

The flash drive is bulls- eyed and it will not let me bulls eye the CD DVD drive choice. My device manager shows I have the dvd drive and it is working properly.

I upgraded from vista to windows 10 last december. It was working fine in January with no problems. This just started about 3 weeks ago

any help would be appreciated

Are these programs free or are they just free to try?.. My HP laptop is 8 years old. When I bought the laptop I also purchased the DVD Cloner because it was rated the best. If I remember right it came with Nero which was junk and it would come up with "the blue screen" and I got rid of it.

Nero Express and Roxio aren't free, but one of them is bundled with most burners.
If you bought software 8 years ago and are trying to use the same software on Windows 10, it may not be supported.
There are free DVD burning programs available though, so maybe search for one that is compatible with Windows 10.

I uninstalled CyberLink Suite and Cloner. Rebooted and reinstalled CyberLink.
Still the same problem. It will copy the DVD but will not let me burn it.
My system does not recognize the drive and only gives the option to burn to a flash drive [the flash is Bulls-eyed and it won't let me Bulls-eye CD-DVD option
