Budget CPU for gaming/recording?

As I am pretty sure that this question has been asked many times before, I need some help. I would like a CPU that can handle gaming at 60 fps or better for games like GTA V, but can handle some 30-60 fps recording on a lighter game such as Overwatch or Minecraft.

The only drawback to this is that I am on a strict budget and don't have a lot of money to spend. As a young man of 16 years with no job and only $125 in my pocket, I need something that is about $300 or less.

Right now I have a (kinda shady) AMD FX-8100 CPU and an AMD R9 390 GPU.
Keeping in mind that if you suggest an Intel CPU then I need a new motherboard, and that would have to factor into the cost.

The best value for money is the cheapest i5 and a bottom spec motherboard from a good manufacturer. A i5 4460 and gigabyte H81 HD3 is a great choice, or you can get a i5 6500 and H110 motherboard
There are many cheaper CPU, but they all have one of two problems.
1. AMD basically cannot be upgraded in future. Once your PC gets a bit slow, you have to scrap it
2. Intel i3 are a lot less processing power for a bit less money.

Thanks for the two different recommendations and for saying which is which. (Not trying to bash on Hlsgsz) It is good that I don't have to buy new ram though.

depends on what you need a rx 480can max out ultra every game.

you can play every game high sometimes ultra with a rx 470.

for a psu grab a seasonic s12ii/xfx ts / super flower golden green/ evga gs or g2 when on a budget(wattage 500-550w)
