So I have an i5-4460 3.2 GHz and whilst I was playing CS:GO it reached 77 Deegres C and it sits mostly at around 65 degrees when gaming and at around 55 when browsing the internet/watching streams.
I am using a stock CPU cooler.
I have a fan pulling air at the front of my case , and one as an exhaustion in the back.
Should I be concerned? Is that dangerous?

*UPDATE: I've used cotton buds (or cue tips) as suggested to remove the dust out of the CPU cooler, and my temps have dropped dramatically , 15+ C in most cases.

Your hot climate would explain the higher temperatures of your CPU - as long as you clean the dust off the cooler every so often, you will have no problems.

No your temperatures are not dangerous. 80°C is about the sensible maximum.
They are a bit higher than expected though.
My CPU runs the same temperature as yours, but I am running at 4.2Ghz with 2 case fans and the same cooler.

If yours gets any hotter, you need to do something...
check if it is correctly attached to the motherboard, clean the dust off etc
Any hotter than 80 would be bad though

My country has a really hot climate (even now) and I've noticed that quite some dust has gathered on the cooler.I have completely no idea how to clean it off thought. Could you help me with that?

Could also use cotton buds (or cue tips, as some call them) to gently collect the dust off of the cooler as well. An air duster can with a long nozzle will do the trick as well. Do it in a well ventilated area too, so the dust doesn't float down back into the case.
