Windows Update on Windows XP says: The page cannot be displayed

Hi I have quite a bit of experience with Windows XP and have always been able to overcome most problems but I purchased a Dell Dimension XPS Gen 3 and Windows XP Media Center 2005 edition and everything went great with installation. So once its done I got the all the drivers and installed them. But when I went to Windows Update (because its says it still has service pack 2) it told me The page cannot be displayed and yes I have restarted the computer, waited a day, and tried everything on the Microsoft website and still cannot get to Windows Update!

I installed Service pack 3 and it still says the same thing....

Thank you so much for your help with service pack 3 and the command prompt that re registered the update files made it work. Thank You!
