Ok so I already have a processor and hard drive what is the best pc build under 700$ (not including hard drive and processor) that I can get?
Processor:Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor(already bought)

Hard drive(already bought) Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
I already have a pc build picked out but I would like to know better options

Solution
This is what I've put together.
Its $20 over but well worth it, as this means you get 16GB of ram instead of 8! :)

pcpartpicker.com is a must when selecting new parts. IMO with a budget of 700 and the cpu n HDD already done, it shouldnt be that hard. 8gb of system ram is fine, 16 is alil overkill for now. For the gpu look at the Asus Strix R9 390 w 8gbVram onboard. Best bang for overall buck. Prolly need @ 650-700w psu. This gpu/cpu combo will get u all todays games at highest settings @ 60-100 fps on 1080p. If ur gona do 4k or multi monitors, u may have to go even higher, but Im loving my Asus R9 390. Games I've personally played it on Paragon, Heores Storm, Overwatch, Shadws Mordor, Rockt Lge, BattleFront, KillFloor 2.
