If you shut down the PC ( all lights off ) but forget to switch the power supply off are the SATA power cables powered?

I made a little mistake, I have an internal Blu Ray player connected to a SATA Data Cable and a SATA Power Cable. I shut down the PC - all off , but forgot to switch off the EVGA PSU, and then went and unplugged both the power and data sata cables.

So my question is - if the PC is shut down properly, but not switched off, either on the PSU switch or the mains socked is there live power in the cable?
Just a bit worried that could damage anything. The sata power cable is very tight so although I do try to pull them off straight there is a bit of a wiggle to get it off .

I assume if anything was going to short out either the psu would shut down or I would see sparks lol?

Thanks

Solution
No there shouldn't be any power to SATA when you PC is off. Also SATA is hot swappable so the connectors are designed to be plugged in when there is power anyway so don't worry about it.

Thanks so much guys, very reassuring ...l I've had lots of MB / Bios issues with my first build - and just when its all running perfectly, I thought I might have made my first mistake.
