So I am a BIOS noob, I was wondering if anyone could help, I am trying to reinstall windows, and I keep changing the boot order to my USB stick, and I continually get a white flashing icon in the top right corner, a small horizontal bar, can anyone help?
The USB has all the files on transferred through the USB/DVD converter tool for the iso file
